Hal yang Perlu Diperhatikan Dalam Membeli Mesin Crusher

Berikut ini akan saya sampaikan hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan/pertimbangkan/tanyakan sebelum membeli mesin giling/pencacah/crusher plastik.

Mengingat harga mesin giling plastik itu tidaklah murah maka kita perlu teliti dalam memperhatikan spesifikasi yang ditawarkan oleh produsen/pembuat mesin. Karena mesin ini adalah rakitan, bukan mesin yg dibuat pabrik maka jarang sekali si pembuat mesin memberikan garansi seperti anda membeli alat-alat elektronik. Banyak sekali pebisnis plastik yg akhirnya kecewa karena masalah-masalah yg kemudian muncul setelah memakai mesin tersebut. Beberapa masalah yang biasanya muncul adalah:

  1. Kapasitas produksi rendah, sehingga sulit untuk mencapai target produksi.
  2. Material mesin yang digunakan tipis, bisa berakibat fatal jika kemasukan besi yang menyebabkan pisau rusak/hancur.
  3. Mesin tdk bisa menghancurkan material berukuran besar, pdhal ukuran mesin/pisaunya 20 inch (50 cm).
  4. Kualitas bubut kurang baik.

Masalah-masalah tersebut bisa kita hindari apabila teliti sebelum membeli.

Berikut adalah beberapa hal yg harus kita perhatikan jika membeli mesin pencacah/crusher plastik.

  1. Kualitas material. Mesin pencacah plastik termasuk kategori mesin mekanik, oleh karena itu kualitas material harus bagus.
  • Ketebalan crushing chamber/blok mesin minimal 20 mm. Jangan beli kalau blok mesinnya tipis karena akan mudah penyok jika suatu saat secara tidak sengaja anda kemasukan besi/ bahan keras lainnya.
  • Ukuran flying wheel/roda gila/roda angin/bandul. Roda gila berfungsi untuk menambah tenaga mesin terutama saat menggiling material plastik yang tebal. Semakin berat/besar roda gila maka mesin akan semakin enteng kerjanya.
  • Ukuran as. As adalah poros melintang tempat melekatnya dudukan pisau. Belilah mesin yang menggunakan as yang besar (minimal diameter 80 mm/8 cm).
  • Ketebalan dudukan pisau. Pisau pada mesin giling plastik terbagi dua yaitu, pisau putar & pisau duduk. Ketebalan dudukan pisau putar minimal 20 mm sedangkan ketebalan dudukan pisau duduk minimal 30 mm.
  1. Kualitas las. Perhatikan kualitas las dari mesin yang akan anda beli. Seorang pembuat mesin giling plastik yang bagus akan terlihat dari hasil lasannya. Perhatikan ketebalan lasnya & kerapian hasil lasnya. Seluruh komponen mesin giling plastik direkatkan oleh kawat las yang dilelehkan, oleh karena itu kualitas pengelasannya sangat menentukan kualitas mesinnya. Perhatikan jangan sampai ada keretakan pada hasil lasnya & bekas lasnya harus tebal.
  2. Kualitas bubut. Mesin yang dibubut dengan bagus akan menghasilkan mesin yang presisi, stabil dan tahan lama. Beberapa bagian yang perlu diperhatikan untuk melihat kualitas bubutnya adalah:
  • Roda Gila. Putar roda gila, perhatikan apakah putarannya stabil, tidak goyang, tidak seperti angka 8. Roda gila yg tidak stabil akan mudah copot dan getarannya akan merusak bagian mesin yang lain.
  • As. Putar roda gila dan perhatikan putaran as juga pisaunya. Pastikan as nya tidak bengkok.
  • Pulley. Pulley/pulli/poli adalah bagian yang menghubungkan crusher dengan motor penggerak. Pulley akan diputar oleh motor penggerak dengan menggunakan beberapa buah v-belt. Putar pulley dan pastikan tidak goyang dan putarannya tidak seperti angka 8.

Salah satu test yang harus dilakukan adalah: Pegang roda gila bagian atas dengan kedua tangan anda bersebelahan, kemudian guncangkan mesin sekuat tenaga seperti mengguncang pohon utk menjatuhkan buahnya. Jika terdengar bunyi benturan walaupun sedikit, urungkanlah niat anda membeli mesin tersebut karena bunyi tersebut menandakan adanya bagian mesin yang longgar. Mungkin bearing nya tidak melekat kuat ke as atau roda gilanya tdk terpasang dengan benar. Getaran mesin akan mengguncang lebih kuat sehingga bagian-bagian yg longgar tersebut akan terpisah-berantakan 🙂

Dengan memperhatikan beberapa hal yang saya jelaskan diatas maka anda akan terhindar dari penyesalan atas masalah yang akan terjadi.
