Untuk proses pengolahan sampai potongan plastik yg dibutuhkan : mesin crusher (terdiri dari, mesin pemotong/penggiling, pisau crusher, motor penggerak), serta mesin pengering (mesin sentrifugal, atau oven pengering/dryer). Bisa tanpa Mesin Pengering dengan cara memanfaatkan sinar matahari. Untuk pengolahan sampai pada menjadi pellete, yaitu : mesin crusher, mesin pengering, mesin pellete.
