Jika mesin crusher HY500, perusahaan biasa menggunakannya, maka mesin crusher HY500 dengan pisau kuk macan, belum banyak yang menggunakannya. Dengan desain yang lebih rumit dan pisau yang lebih banyak, menjadikan mesin ini memiliki kemampuan yang lebih untuk mencacah bahan-bahan yang lebih liat. Tentu saja dengan harga yang lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan HY500 pisau biasa.
Proses order PT Indaco (yang beralamat di Jl Solo – Sragen km 13.2 Kebakkramat, Solo), dapat kami rangkum sebagai berikut:
– PT Indaco melakukan kunjungan dan diskusi ke workshop kami
– Setelah deal dengan mesin yang akan dibuat, dilanjutkan dengan proses nego.
– PT Indaco mengirimkan PO melalui fax serta transfer DP (uang muka)
– Mesin kami proses untuk dikerjakan.
– Setelah selesai dilakukan pelunasan dan pengambilan mesin.
Tanggal 11 Januari 2011, setelah melalui proses yang cukup lama tersebut kami mendapat kepercayaan dari PT Indaco untuk membuat mesin crusher HY500 dengan pisau kuku macan, serta HY250 dengan pisau biasa.
HY250 sudah sering kami tampilkan, untuk itu hanya HY500 saja yang kami sampaikan pada tampilan berikut ini :
Pada gambar tersebut, bahan-bahan yang sudah dibuat sesuai desain dalam proses assembly, dan gambar di bawah menunjukkan kerangka yang sudah dipasang pada dudukan, penampang tengah serta dudukan pisau sudah terpasang,
Proses berikutnya adalah pemasangan penampang atas, serta pemasangan pisau pada dudukannya disamping pemasangan mur dan baut sebagai penguat dari titik sambungan.
Akhirnya pada tanggal 8 Februari 2011, mesin tersebut diambil oleh pihak PT Indaco. Semoga sukses dengan proses pengolahannya dan melakukan repeat order kepada kami kembali 🙂
